2011 WNPA POY and Multimedia Results

John Hart of the Wisconsin State Journal is the 2011 WNPA Photographer of the Year. He also won Best of Show and was awarded First Place in the Portfolio category. Mike De Sisti of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel was awarded First Place in the Best Multimedia Story category.

The 2011 Pictures of the Year contest was judged Friday, May 11, 2012 at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel by Eric Seals of the Detroit Free Press, Damian Strohmeyer of Sports Illustrated, and Bill Meyer, a retired photojournalist from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and a two time Wisconsin Photographer of the Year.
