Krystina Wentz-Graff, a photojournalist at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, won this year's Wisconsin News Photographer Association's Photographer of the Year competition. 1st Place General News - Kristyna Wentz-Graff, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - Saharra Lane, 9, of Manawa, watches eagerly as her parents kiss upon the return of her father, Allen Lane, from Iraq, July 19, 2007. Allen served with the Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 121st Field Artillery and was deployed for 14-months. Allen asked his wife Jamie, left, to bring his wedding ring which he did not wear to Iraq.
